I have Cheerios with blueberry's and skim milk. A banana and some orange juice every morning and I feel great plus it holds me off pretty well till lunch.

3/4 cup oatmeal, (not instant!), with 1/2 grapefruit. You can sprinkle a packet of Equal on top of your oatmeal. Wash it all down with a glass of your best tap water.

anything, but healthier food would be the smarter choice. fiber-rich food would be good, too, like wheat bread and fresh fruits. Eggs, which are rich in protein, are good, too.

normally i have a bowl of cereal, but tomm i think that i am going to have some eggs and pancakes or possibly waffles and a nice glass of orange juice yumm
