Nah, religion is just there to offer some personal comfort. There are all sorts of reasons people choose a religion to follow. So, it can be or may not be important to follow one. It all depends on what "you" need.

It's more important to follow your instincts about what is right for you and your life. Following a religion for some people only helps them choose a path for their lives and gives ways to live their lives. I think that it is important to be true to yourself more than to be true to a religion.

No, I think religions are just guides some people need but in the end they would just take you to the same place we are all looking for the same no matter how you want to call your god . I want to guide my own path so no, i dont think it is important at all to follow a religion

Jesus came to the earth to free us from religions. He wanted to teach us that we need to have a personal relationship with God.

I would ask you/anybody to seek a church where Jesus Christ is recognized as a Son of Living God, our Lord and Savior...and where The Bible is the center of teaching. There are a lot of "mystery religions" where people are free to do their own thing. If you want to seek Jesus, stay away from them and study Bible to know God's word..

It is important to be a part of church if you are believer, so you do not start to make excuses for yourself and bend rules. You will learn and you will be fed spiritually. It is like if you claim to be a hockey player, but you do not believing in a team.

I believe religion gives you something to look forward too. It gives you a purpose and a reason for life. Many religions answer the questions of who why and where we came from. Personally i chose to follow Christ.

It is important to have faith and act on it. It is not important to follow an organised religion or doctrine of any man.

Not all religions teach the same things, but if you have found a religion that makes you a believer of the goodness of Christ, Lord, God, then follow it and be faithfull :-)

Everyone follows some kind of religion. Even atheism is a belief system about God, the afterlife, where we came from, why we are here, etc.
