The white spots in your nails are a lack of calcium. If you take calcium or drink something calcium in there they usually go away after awhile.

I dont know about white spots but if your nails are really thin then your body needs calcium

It's your body's way of dispelling extra calcium.. it's a good sign. Most adults don't experience this, because of lack of calcium
