double boil over water the chocolate with cream. itll melt it perfectly if u use good amounts and good chocolate

You have to melt the chocolate first. Use a double boiler to gently melt the chocolate and then pour into the fountain.

most fountains will probably come with directions, but I believe all you have to add are chocolate chips.
