Because your insecure, unconfident and to afraid of the rest of the crowd. The present is what u should live in, obviously u have to learn from the past to predict the future but u should never doubt your ablility as to what u may accomplish. Know your limits and carry on from there. Because your afraid to fail, failure is success in motion. Aside from god no one has gone a lifetime without failure. U may be afraid of embaressment, but that will pass, how will u know how to opperate without learning what you dont know. Dont think to heavily on what other people think, you need to sort out who really matters to u and worry only about them. U may want to please everyone and I commend you for that but despite your efforts it will happen that people will set onset on you. Live in the moment, no regrets and live life. Be yourself and no one else

It's okay to worry about the future, as long as that doesn't prevent you from enjoying the present. It's hard to take chances, only if you are too self-conscious about failing. But remember that as long as you don't try to get it, you don't have it. So you're still in the same position as if you had tried and failed, only that you've still got the chance to get it.

And it's easy to be sceptical about your talents because we tend not to see the insecurities and doubts of the others. They seem to be better than us, but that is not necessarily true.

And how do we live a meaningful life? It all depends on what meaning you want to give it. You just don't let others decide what your life is worth.

1. We can live a meaningful life by living life the way we want live it.

2. Its hard because some people are scared to do something that might change their future big time.

3. Some people are scared to take chances because they don't want to do something that they will regret or screw up their future.

4. It is easy for people to be skeptical of their own talents because they either always look on the negative side of their abilities or they often compare themselves to others.

Simple, you need faith in your life, without faith, then you feel as if you were a failure before you start anything.

My advise is to go do something that scares you, such as jumping out of a plane, or climb a mountain. After you do one or ten of these you will understand what life is all about.

I have climbed over 5 mountains and jumped from planes and repelled from a helicopter, been shot, stabbed and thrown in a river and left for dead, but I'm still alive and know that you must push forward and never give up.

Live life. Love life. Love your parents. Respect your elders, but not so much that you don't question them--or authority. Take care to watch for oncoming traffic. Listen to the band Yes. Get God, she helps immensely ;) Try 1) to deal constructively with reality 2) to adapt to change 3) to be free of symptoms that are produced by tensions and anxieties 4) to find more satisfaction in giving than receiving 5) to relate to people in a consisten manner with mutual satisfaction and helpfulness 6) to sublimate, to direct one's energy into creative and constructive outlets 7) to love.

It just is, but being present is still the goal.

Get "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle and also pick up some Pema Chödrön books.

You've asked three questions, and the answers to them all are within yourself. First, you must not worry about the future. It's been taken care of for you. Second, your afraid to step out on faith. Third, fear, fear of failure and God doesn't give that spirit to anyone. So to sum it all up, you must find joy, in everything you do. Enjoy the journey, because once you get to your destination it's on to another.
