It should come out fine, might have a lil discoloring, but I think that might be all thats wrong with it.

It should be okay. I've had acceptable prints made from disposable cameras and roll film which were two years past the expiration date.
Two warnings, however.
One, the pictures from outdated film will probably look a little bit "washed out" (the colors won't look quite as bright) as they would with fresher film.
Second, if the camera/film was subjected to high temperatures, like in a hot car, all bets are off (even with fresh film).

The worst enemy of film is light and heat. It's a good idea to store film in a freezer. Chances are if you haven't left the camera out in the car over the summer you'll be okay fine.
I collect cameras and have developed some reel old film I've found in them with fair success.

You can get them developed, though there may be some color shifting or other random, small problems. For the most part, they should be fine, and since they were disposable cameras, you might not be able to tell the difference.

It is very important that you develop your film as soon as possible to insure that all the images deveop correctly, if at all.
This applies to any type of negative film.
7 mons is quite awhile ... but you might be okay. I would develop them a.s.a.p.
The package of any disposable camera states that you should develop film after all exposures are taken.

Depends on how the camera was stored. If it was kept in a cool dry place then chances are you'll be fine. If you stored it in a hot and humid place then there might be some discoloration.

The quality won't be as good as it would have been if it had been developed earlier, but it won't be terrible either. Film is good for about a year after "expiration." It should be ok.
