I heard that candy and sweets is going to be outlawed. is it true?

Rumor.
Those companies make A LOT of money, and besides, there would be TONS of crabby people walking around without being able to satisfy their sweet tooth.
Where I live, all junk food has been eliminated from school cafeterias and vending machines. I guess it's to combat the growing obesity issue.
