Call some of the churches in your area and ask if they can help you pay the bill. You do not have to be a member of that church to get help. You could also go to the Red Cross for assistance. Check also with Dept of Children and family services.

get off the internet and spend time with your kids. shut off the internet and use that money to pay for electricity. call the power company and ask for a payment plan.
