Your Avitar looks pretty good, my suggestion would be to just change the eyes look and just add some smile that would look cute and pretty...... Trust me....

its not really good but i can help u fix it. first of all change your avatar's hair and your facial exxpression. that will make your avatar look smart for some examples look at some other avatars.
