Moet and Chandon Brut Imperial as well although I haven't had any in a while. I do like the sparkling wines that a lot of the Ontario wineries make using the methode champenoise style though.

J Schram by Schramsberg is my all time favorite, but it's expensive. It's definitely better than the Moet. I've never had the Piper. I like all of Schramsberg's sparkling wines and they aren't all expensive. I also really like Mumm Napa Valley and Roederer Anderson Valley.

I like mine kind of sweet, but not the cheap sweets that give you a headache. My favorites are Veuve-Cliquot Demi-Sec or Moet Nectar Imperiale.
