How does it feel to be cheated on?

It's a feeling I will NEVER tolerate again as long as I live. First you blame yourself (what did I do wrong?). Then you realize it isn't you at all. OK, so what's good for the gander is good for the goose...... no that solves nothing. The complete breakdown of trust in the person you chose for a partner and the tremendous hurt caused by cheating is pretty much indescribable. How do you form words to describe your heart being torn out of your breast? When you give your love to another (key word: give), you are giving away part of your soul and you trust that partner to care enough to respect and love you unconditionally as you do them. When someone is betrayed by being cheated on, it's like a physical blow that knocks the wind and strength out of you leaving nothing but feelings of grief and regret that you gave away part of your heart. Part of you dies forever.

you've been betrayed. all the trust u gave to this guy has been over. he took it like it was nothing. all the love u had for him. GONE. i'm serious it really hurts when u go back to the memories and its all gone/over. *sry i'mma go into mushy mode* all the fun, laughter, and happiness u had with him is all gone. the fun times we had. memories will still be inside of me forever. Depression will grow.

It sucks. Especially if you catch them and they still insist they weren't cheating. It really truly hurts your soul. I almost lost hope that I could never trust again.
