There is very little you can do except start over. The only hope you have is in the restaurant if its not to bad we boil potatoes in soups or gravies that get to much salt then fish em out. You might try putting it all in a soup pot, running water into it to thin it down. Then fish out the chicken if its large pieces or straining the whole mess and setting it aside. Bring your diluted salt water up to a boil and add more rice to it and cook. When the rice is done, taste it, if its ok add to first batch and mix. Reheat in oven! I hope this helps.

1. Adding more rice will help.
2. You might squeeze the juice of a fresh lemon or two into your casserole, which will help counteract the salt, but it'll completely change the flavor of your casserole. (It might even taste better!)
3. Mix in sour cream, which will add a bit of tanginess to your casserole and should counteract the salt.
4. Add some freshly cut carrots or some mixed frozen vegetables. Make sure you add a little more of your binder (cream, eggs, cheese, etc.) to keep it all together.

I've heard/read that adding a raw potato to soups, casseroles etc. that are over salted can help. Need to add when cooking or heating.

Does the casserole have any gravy or liquid in it? If so, you can add a cut up potato or two, and it'll absorb some of the salt. If not, I don't know...sorry. :(
