Yup. Rainbows are an atmospheric phenomenon; they never actually touch the ground.

Yes, it's impossible, rainbows are round but we only see one half of it, the other is below the horizon... How can you find an end to a circle?

No, it is not impossible. I have been in the end of a rainbow and it was amazingly dazzling! The air all around me was filled with tiny particles of moisture and it glittered in the sunlight in all the colors of the rainbow when I looked away from the sun. Everybody around me in this phenomenon was dazzled, too. A truly memorable and singular experience!

P.S. - There was no pot of gold.

probably. a rainbow has to do with a certain angle of the sun hitting moisture in the air so as soon as u leave that angle to find the end of the rainbow, the rainbow will be gone.

as a matter of fact, if you take pictures of rainbows (which are "optical illusions") it is possible for the camera to snap a shot of a rainbow that appears to be ending right where you stand. Other than this, good luck finding your pot of gold!

Yes because a rainbow goes in a complete circle.

No, it's not possible to find the end of a rainbow.

A rainbow is a virtual optical object, an optical illusion observed by you.

There is no end to a rainbow. It looks as though it goes on forever.

Yes, because a rainbow isn't really there. Its refracted light through water droplets in the air, and it changes as your location changes, so you can never actually reach it.
