I haven't seen any cat ever drool while he sleeps. Is it beacuse he is hot or is something wrong with him?

I'd suggest seeing your vet. Drooling basically comes from sleeping with the mouth open. Generally cats don't do this, unless the nasal passages are blocked.

It's best to have this checked, it could be that he/she just has a funny sleeping habit, but better safe than sorry.

Best of luck!

It's normal for humans to drool in their sleep, so yeah I guess it's normal for a cat to drool.

My dog drools too and he piddles in his sleep. Your kitty could have a slight cold and is breathing out it's mouth while it sleeps thus causing the drooling.
