After the Guide information is downloaded successfully and I go to Guide it says no information available . I noticed the problem after I ran “Registry Mechanic”.. How can I trouble shoot this problem ? Where is the file that the Guide info is stored in? Could I be missing a .dll ?

Had Orig. 2002 now upgraded 2004 sp2

I did have this problem once before but fixed it after I relized I had set my Computer Time/Date a month ahead. Chucky

The easiest way to fix it is to reboot the computer into Safe Mode (press F8 while it's starting up and you'll get a black-and-white menu where you can select Safe Mode). When you log in and the PC is in Safe Mode, it'll ask if you want to do a System Restore. Say yes, and it'll show you a calendar of all the restore points you have (it makes them on its own so don't worry if you didn't manually back it up). Select a date before you installed Registry Mechanic and it'll roll back your changes.

It only "undoes" system changes and won't change your data.
