Probably about 2-3 months. If it comes off fast, it will usually come back on even faster. Wait it out.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

i agree with the others. if she maintains a balance of excerise and diet. it should be off safely in 2-3 months.

just make sure she has patience and stays consistent. the real key is balance between the cardio and diet. have her get some light weight training in as well the build up of muscle well cause her to burn fat and calories more efficiently.

good luck to her.

ps: another helpful hint. you can aid her by helping her build her self esteem, and self confidence. doing this well aid your sis greatly in ehr endeavor as well as in life itself.

It will take at least a month and a half to burn fifteen pounds off.....that's how long it took me. It might take two months...or three. It depends on her metabolism.
