You could be 50 when you decide its right . I personally think that there is too much importance put on it. I think if a person waits for the ultimate love of their life, they won't have anything to compare it to, so it will be the only one you ever want or think about when you finally do have sex. Anyhow, unfortunately too many people don't care about all that, so I'm going to say on the other hand, wait until you are educated on the topic and really mature enough to know all the pro and cons about it. If your not ready, it can be a disaster and very heartbreaking.

Well it depends on when u feel ready... not age. If you had sex, could you tell your best friend and not be ashamed or feel bad/regret it? think about that. If you wouldn't feel ashamed,bad or regret it then most likely you are ready to have sex. I was really young when i first had sex. I don't regret it. BUT you should always remember to use protection against std's and getting pregnet.
