You do not to lose any weight at all!!! You mentioned you were an unhealthy 115 lbs. Noticed the dates when you're super active vs. not active now...perhaps you're metabolism is looking for some type of activity. In any case, go to the doctor, and get a check up...maybe you're lacking in iron or certain vitamins re the weight loss. As an athletic person, you know you need to be healthy and strong!

NOTt one reliable source would say U R fat...........
there is alot more of a problem here than UR wt. You need to get a handle on UR perception of yourself... really. You have alot of good responses from people here, basic answer is NO YOU ARE NOT FAT, BUT YOU HAVE A PERCEPTION PROBLEM.
and UR health mentally and physically will suffer long term if U don't do something now.......about UR view of UR self.......
consider the reason you feel sluggish is due to your choice of food or lack of an appropriate healthy diet (that means food, not with-holding food)for UR calorie useage and
high physical activity. UR body must have good food to give it evergy and consider a regular sleep pattern.
Accept UR self as you are , good luck, see a doc......

are you an anorexic, if you are talk to your counsellor about this. The morbid over concern people have over weight and food and diet is likely one of the most disturbing features of American life. If you are working out and swimming and were unhealthy at 115 lbs then 9lbs is not very much of a weight gain. and 115 to 124 is only 9lbs gain.

Height: 5 feet, 5 inches
Weight: 124 pounds
Your BMI is 20.6, indicating your weight is within the normal range for adults of your height. Maintaining a healthy weight may reduce the risk of chronic diseases associated with overweight and obesity.

If you think you are overwieght then you have much deeper mental problems- you sound like you could be a closet bone bag. I don't feel bad for bone bags, just as I don't feel bad for fat bags. Your parents obviously don't keep your little brain busy enough to get your thoughts off of yourself! Pull your head out of your behind and realize this world isn't about you and how fat you think you are!

No.!!!
Without actually calculating your body mass index (BMI), a rough gage of a healthy weight for women is 100 pounds for five feet and 5-6 pounds for every inch over five feet.
