Don't like it... it's like being racist with different religions. We are all individuals so why catagorize on religion as bad or what not. That's very judgemental. For example, I'm Catholic, and it bugs me when people say hurtful things about me or my religion, but then again I get over it. Still, it bugs me when people do this to other religions or athiests too, what does that accomplish people? Everyone is entlilted to their faith, it usually brings out the best in them, why destroy that? That's called force of belief, that something is wrong and never right. Please be careful what you say... don't be faithist

You raise some good points, and we SHOULD be respectful of ther viewpoints. As you say, so often it is a person's belief system that brings out the best. Often, however, what happens is the people's fears, insecurities, and prejudices slip out. In an anonymous forum such as this, it is easier for people to feel free expressing negativity, even if it appears in the form of humor. It's too bad this happens. The challenge is not to let the negative energy of others affect us, so that we end up doing the same thing!

Why should you care what others say about your religion? Is your god so weak to care about that? Or are you the defender of god? Or you want everybody "what a nice person" Catholicism is a real wonderful religion?
Look at the roots of your catholic shame... who burned "heretics", who killed protestants on the "blessed" night of st.Bartholomew?

Jesus taught us to judge those with inferior intellect.
I am just kidding of course.
Nothing is accomplished by mocking others.
Even you main worry, I was just kidding with The Gene Scott thing.
It wasn't nearly like the mean things people have slammed me with.

Because your religion has murdered millions of innocent people. It is clearly, obviously, and severely detrimental to society, and the world would be a much, much better place without it.

I have a brain, so I use it.
It just disappoints me that so many people sell themselves so short of their own potential. but I can't do anything about this except make fun of them, well, most of them. some of them actually open their minds to other possibilities sometimes

People don't like to shoulder responsibility so they shrug it off onto others by pointing fingers.

People with low self-esteem generally tear others apart to make themselves feel better. Robbing others of their joy....how sad.
