Yes it would be worse off. Though this world would be a better place without "organised extortionist" religions like christianity and islam which have been embraced by poor everywhere for it gives them a sense of community. They are about outward thinking, materialism and no spiritual development. If you think this world would be more tolerant, perhaps only because they will not have ppl of other faiths to kill. That does not say anything about the goodness of christianity. It just says there will be an absence of of ppl from other faith to prey upon. Crime will be there for all times to come for ppl end up commiting crime due to poverty, well most crimes. So many crusades over time, 6 million jews killed in the name of christianity's message of love. If there was anything Jesus feels sorry about would be his fanclub. The other organised extortionist religion islam is no different. It says in both your books to kill ppl of other faith and you talk about a tolerant world under christianity. Far from it i'd say!

No, I don't think it would be any different. Christians are ordinary people just like everyone else. They can be greedy, deceitful, prideful, selfish, hateful, etc. Christians also have many disagreement amongst themselves. There are so many different sects, that there really isn't just one belief. Also, many atrocities have been done in the name of Christianity such as American slavery and the killing of abortion doctors, all while claiming to be for the preservation of life.

Christianity in it's purest form would make the world a peaceful place where everyone is loving, caring, and sharing towards one another. That will never happen in Christianity because Christians will never achieve perfection here on this earth as we are all prone to sinning.

First of all you'd have to agree on a definition of "Christian." Do Witnesses count? How about Jews for Jesus? Unitarians? You get the picture.

The truth is that there seems to be more dislike between various "Christian" denominations than there is for Wiccans, Muslims, Hindus, or Atheists. If you put everyone who claims to be a Christian together you're just going to have a terrible, terrible mess.

Now even if you get everyone to agree it's not going to be paradise. Plenty of Christians still lie, cheat, steal, commit adultery, and even murder.

It would pretty much be exactly as it is now except that people would become more adept at hiding their kinks and everyone would agree that certain people are going to hell.

The world would be better if everyone was Christian and acted like Christians should act according to Christ"s teachings. If all Christians kept all of God's Commandments, loved God above all things and Loved their fellow man as much as they love themselves, we would have a world that is peaceful and perfect.. The trouble with the world today is that there is too much selfishness, greed, power mongering, laziness, jealousy, anger, hate and pride. All of these go against Christian teaching.

there is no possible way because people make a choice and not everyone chooses to accept God. Yes the world would be a better place if Christians would stand up for what they believe.

There are currently about 34,000 Christian denominations--imagine how many more there would be if the whole world were Christian! Every single one of them disagrees on how to interpret biblical doctrines, even major ones such as whether or not Jesus is God, whether one is saved by faith or works, and how to get to heaven. There would still be war, disagreement, fighting, mistrust, greed, violence, hatred, and bigotry, but it would all be amongst various sects of Christians.

Surely. If all people believe in God and keep His commandments which says not to kill, not to commit adultery not to lie, not to covet and honor your parents then there will be no crime and no parent will be in old age home and there will be no orphan. There will be no hunger or no AIDS or any other sexually transmitted disease. More over God said to love your neighbor as yourself and love your enemy. If all people do that we don't need nuclear weapons and missiles. Isn't it beautiful? But even Christians also should do what ever it is said in the Bible. It is not just enough to be a name sake Christan.

Oh, yes one day when the Lord Jesus Christ returns to rule on the earth the people that are left after the wrath of God has fallen will live with Him on the earth. Revelation 20: 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Hard to argue with the first answerer, on certain levels, but he shouldn't answer anyway - the question is for Christians.
