Spaghetti for lunch, cheese sandwich for dinner. This may sound weird, but you want to eat all the heavy foods during the day so you burn it off and the light foods at night so your body isn't all full when you go to bed, because then you'll be fat.

when I was little, we used to make spaghettio and cheese sandwiches over campfires when we went camping. maybe you could make one for lunch, eat half, save the other half for dinner and then it wouldn't matter whether you ate one or the other at either meal.
