What happens when you're under Chapter13 and the items you filed under it at the time were not 7 years old but they are now? Are they suppose to be taken off the plan ? Does this reduce the amount of the plan?

They should be removed from your credit report after 7 years. sometimes you have to write each credit company (experian, trans union, equifax) and tell them so they remove it.
