A tag that would allow me to put the contact info on it like her name and tele numbers, ect. Please provide the website if you know of one.

Disney doesn't make a pet tags AFAIK; the closest thing they have is the personalized Tinkerbell pin (#95702) - but that might be difficult to put on a dog collar.
You could also try www.animalstars.com - they make a wide variety of custom tags. They may be able to make one for you, although given Disney's reputation with trademark protection they may not want to take the chance.

There is a website called "theprincessstore.com", they have all kinds of Tinkerbell stuff. They make dog tags (like the military ones) that have tinkerbell on the front for $7.99 . A friend of mine ordered one a while back and got it ingraved on the other side.

well I bought a tag at Pet Supply Plus store. It was a machine that you make it yourself.Looked like a computer and game machine all in one. You can get any size tag and add what you want on it for like $6 or at least that was how much it cost when I bought it 4 years ago.

Tags can come off eventually, or collars too. To be safe get your pet(s) micro-chipped. Remember all the pets that were separated from their owners after Hurricane Katrina? Go to Pets R us and ask for the kind of tags that you can design yourself, and just bake them for a while and you have a sturdy tag for your pet. Im sorry I dont have the exact name for them, but I swear they are the best thing! you just draw whatever you want, paint with your favorite colors and pop it in the oven for a couple of minutes. It shrinks and becomes very durable and nice looking!

If you do find one that you want and it's inside the Disneyland theme park, call the shop where it is being sold and they will schedule an appointment for you to go into the park, buy the merchandise and you will be escorted out. I've done it before.

never put your dogs name on its tag. you should go to your local vet and have him microchipped.its the best way to recover a lost pet.

Maybe you can look up a local fashion designer in your area and ask them to make it for you! That`s what I would do.
