There were thirteen people at the last supper (counting Jesus) and Judas, the thirteenth, betrayed him. 666 is the number of the antichrist and the beast (two things normally thought of as one but not really the case. The Beast was actually a Roman Emperor {I forget which, Augustus perhaps?} who terrorized the Christians of that time, and so they called him The Beast)

I think the BIBLE has a lot to do with it. But if you asked me I feel that the # 13 is an un-even # and the number(666) is also an un-even number. If you look @ (666) you can't cut it in 1/2 in other words you will have (66) & (6) by it's self. but add one more (6) to the number (666) you will have (6666) so then you will have realy an even number. Exampel:(66)+(66) now it is even and not odd. as far as (13) you can't add a nother number to make it even. exampel: if you put a (1) next to 13 and made it (131) it still odd. and that's why they feel afraid because they can't make good of it. Any thing that is even is good any thing that is un-even is bad. Hope that helped answer your (?)

13 is just a bad number for superstitous people. Now, about 666. Read closely. In Book of Revelation, the number 7 represents perfection or completeness. While the number 6 represents imperfection. Now 666 has 3 numbers in it. Or 3 times the imperfection. Therefore a triple 6 (666) symbolizes the triple union of error: the union of the Dragon, the Beast, and the False Prophet, or a counterfeit Trinity. It is the number given to the beast in Revelation 13. Friday the Thirteenth was the day that the Knights Templar were to be eradicated. There fore it is a number that we do not like because it is a dark moment on our history. 666 is a number that means in hebrew NERO who blamed Christians for the great fire of Rome. Not only that but he crucified many christians and burnt many of them at the stake and called christianity a CULT which it is not.

I am not afraid of those numbers at all.
13 is a number made superstitious by the world.
666 represents the number of the beast in Revelations. By the time he is revealed I should be gone from here.
Not afraid of the devil, neither. If God is on my side, who can be against me?

Don't be silly, I am not a christian and I would not put in my inventory at work anything at 13, I would go to 14.
As for 666, the devil made me do it.

i don't think its Christians that are afraid of the #13 as much as just superstitious ppl in general
as for the 666, its a reverence to the "mark of the beast", which in the bible states that will be marked upon all that follow the anti-Christ.
being raised in a christian house hold....almost anything during one time in history or another was a sign of the "beast"...its just a sign of impending doom, and that scares some ppl.
*personally i dont believe in God or Hell, or Satan* so its just a story to me now.

theyre not afraid they just dont like the number 666 but 13 isnt bad at all and i dont think theyre afraid of it
