Someone on the internet trying to harm others especially young girls trying to get them to talk so they can get them to start trusting them then try to get them to meet them an dthem sometimes raping them!....It's just bad!

it is a person that is online and talks to underage people that they want to have sexual relations with. they pry on people and try to get them away. most of them are rapists or murderers.
