I have a Chi mixed. She does that every now and then. Mostly when she is very excited. Mine has eyesight problems. she was almost blind, but we were able to save some of her sight by using this stuff the vet gave me. Ask your vet. It may be more than a "dog thing". I have 5 dogs and she is the only one who does this. I would have her sight checked. It could not hurt.

He he he. My chihuahua does the same thing. Usually because he's running around at a million miles an hour. He's extremely hyperactive. I'm thinking it could be a chihuahua thing.

when my chihuahua was a puppy he ran into the door a few times but i think it was just because he didn't realize how far off the ground he was. they have big heads when they are small maybe it's a weight balance thing

the only dog I knew that acted this way was very old and probably going senile! but I think maybe he was just over excited, the chihuahuas are so full of energy.

I think a purebred thing. They don't breed ANY dogs for brains, just looks. He suffers from "dumb blond syndrome". If ya want a smart dog, get a mutt!

it just depends on how old the chihuahua is. If it is young this is perfectly normal, if it is older than I would have him checked out

Are you sure your dog can see? He should probably be checked out by a vet.
