The short answer is "no". Grant money is usually paid by the government and is only given to first time bachelor students. You might be able to find one or two financial aid options at Fastweb.com, but most of those will be for first time bachelors or grad students. There are a couple that you might be able to find, but grant money is few and far between once you have your Bachelors degree.

No. The regulations specifically state that Pell Grants and SEO Grants are ONLY to be offered to students who have not yet obtained their first Bachelor's degree. http://www.ifap.ed.gov/sfahandbooks/attachments/0607FSAHBkVol1Ch6.pdf . You will, however, be eligible for Stafford Loans and, possibly, Perkins Loans.
Even though your federal aid options are limited, there are still plenty of grants and scholarships open to you, whether from your prospective school(s) or private organizations/donors. Do a little research into each of the schools you're considering to see how much aid they might be able to offer you. Then consider applying for private scholarships/grants. You can find listings of scholarships at your former high school, former college, prospective colleges, libraries, churches/clubs/association, and the internet:

If you already have a BA?BS degree, you are not eligible for a Pell Grant. There isn't that much money available each year so it really wouldn't be fair for the government to help pay for you to get a 2nd BA/BS when others are trying to afford getting their first one and need the $$.
