well i think he might be my boyfriend because we are going on "dates" and we are 14. so im thinking we are going out, but idk because like he never actually said it. i want to know for sure so i don't waste my time... please help! how do i ask him this?

don't ask him. just enjoy your company with him. what if you ask him and answers you that your only "friends"...that's a big slap on your face. just don't take things too seriously. And your too young for a seriuos relationship. just enjoy being with him. ok. good luck
