My mom has a southwest painting by Swinerton, dated 1907 signed to Dr. Raymond who lived in Flagstaff, AZ. Antique Roadshow appraised it at $30,000. but Sothebys said it was only worth $3,000. Is there a market for his early work?

You can sell it on Ebay or Amazon, or you can try to sell it at a local auction. I mean why wouldn't they take it?

Post it on eBay to average out the bids.
