YOU CAN GO TO THE GOLF COURSE TO SEE IF THEY WILL PAY FOR IT. IF NOT CLAIM IT UNDER YOUR COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE ON YOUR INSURACE POLICY IF YOU HAVE IT. THEN JUST GIVEN THEM THE INFORMATION OF WHERE IT HAPPEN AND LET THEM HANDLE IT FROM THERE.

I think it's like having a rock go through the windshield. It's a risk of driving on a road next to a golf course...but it might vary state to state. And if you can actually find the golfer.

I think its the responsibility of whoever chose to build the golf course next to public streets. Especially if the golfer has to pay to use it. The owner of the course should be insured.

Ultimately, unless you 'witnessed' the golfer who hit the stray ball..I would have to say your only re-course (no pun intended..lol) is the Golf Course itself.

The golfer who hit the ball is the one liable. Hopefuly you can find him, and get his insurance company to pay up.

I think u just report it to your insurance and they should cover it. Im not 100% sure on that though.
