Is the 80's computer game Popcorn avaliable for Windows? And if so where do I get it?

Popcorn was developed by Lacral in 1988. It is a brick/pingpong type game. My dad was obsessed with it and I am trying to locate it for him, before his birthday. If anyone knows if it is even avaliable for Windows it would be extremly helpful to know. And where do I find it if it is? Thanks!

I think its in DOS version, so the graphics might be kinda bad.
