Sure you are at that age where exploring your body is totally natural.
I think that taking time to get to know yourself is great.
Do not just jump into intercourse because you have "urges", nobody can please you better than you can please yourself.

Don't let people tell you that you're too young to do that. They know they did when they were 13. Find what what you like and enjoy it. This will help you for LATER in life when you have adult relationships because you'll be able to tell your partner what to do and where to do it. But for now, you're OK.
