Seems like your giving the advice on things you failed at. Hey, at least you know what not to tell someone, cause you've been there. It's better to get advice from someone like you who's been there and done that, than someone who is perfect. All you need to do now is follow your own advice.

I think if you follow your own advice you'd be aiight. Maybe if that doesn't work try finding someone who gives just as good advice as you do. Sometimes we do things without realizing what we doing and we need others to point it out to us for us to see.

well analize why you have such a hard time at keeping them and fix the problem or ask someone for their advice on why you cant keep them...in the mean time keep on giving advice b/c if you havent noticed there are tons of q's here and lots of people need that advice!
