LONDON BROIL
(Special Events Entrée)
Servings: 100 (5 1/2 oz. each)
41 lbs Flank Steak
FOR THE MARINADE:
(makes 2 gallons plus 2 cups)
1 gallon salad oil
1/2 gallon soy sauce
1/2 gallon Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs. brown sugar
1/2 lb sesame seeds
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. dry mustard
MARINADE INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients for marinade; blend together well. Place flank steak into marinade. Use small enough container to allow flank steak to be completely covered by marinade. Marinade 24 hours minimum and not more than 4 days or flavor of the meat will be overpowered by marinade
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat grill to 360 degrees F for 1/2 hour.
Drain marinade from meat. Reserve marinade up to two weeks if needed.
Grill flank steak to medium rare. This will take approximately 10 minutes cooking time total. Hold cooked flank steak in warmer if necessary.
Slice cooked flank steak at 30 degree angle 1/8-inch thick slices: This is essential to keep flank steak tender.

Here is a dessert that is not only crazy easy bud very yummy to. You will need solid/not quite ripe peaches. Long cinnamon sticks GM ( grand Mariner) sugar, vanilla extract and a basting brush
First you want to get your peaches clean and cut in half and pull the pits out. Then you will want to securer them with the cinnamon sticks. You may only be able to fit on half of the peach on the cinnamon stick and that is OK. Set those aside.
Then you want to (over low heat) take i cup of granulated sugar 2 plus tablespoons of vanilla and 2 table spoons on butter combine all. For this you can use a sauce pan and put straight onto your grill til it melts down. Once that happens put your peaches onto the grill and with your brush spread the mixture onto the peaches. Keep on each side for 30 to 60 seconds and marinate all sides. Then you are done. You can have them by themselves or have them with ice cream or what ever you want!

Terriyaki Baked Chicken Recipes •2 tablespoons butter •2 pounds chicken pieces •1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger •2 tablespoons dry mustard •1/3 cup honey •2 tablespoons soy sauce •1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Melt butter and pour into shallow casserole dish. Stir in mustard to form a thick paste. Dry chicken pieces and roll in mustard butter to coat all sides. Bake skin side down at 375 deg. F. for 15 minutes. Mix together honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder. Drain fat from casserole and brush sauce over chicken. Continue baking an additional 20 - 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until chicken is tender and glazed. Serve with stir fried vegetables and steamed rice. This baked chicken recipe will serve 4 - 6. Baked Ranch Chicken 1 envelope ranch dressing mix 1 cup Italian bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts In a shallow dish combine dressing mix, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in butter then roll in crumb mixture. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

Best barbecued beans
Three cans of cheap pork and beans, rinse off the sauce and remove that bit of fat. Add 1 chopped onion and one bottle of your favorite bbq sauce. cook slowly on low heat 150-200 for 1 to 6 hours add a bit of water if needed and stir when checking the water level, every 15 to 30 minutes. Beans are ready when the other food is ready.

Caramel Apple Slices
Ingredients
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons light-colored corn syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups sliced, peeled cooking apples (3 medium)
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Directions
1. For topping, combine brown sugar, butter or margarine, corn syrup, and cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside.
2. Tear off a 36x18-inch piece of heavy foil. Fold in half to make an 18-inch square. Place apples in the center of the foil square. Drizzle with topping. Bring up opposite foil edges, and seal with a double fold. Fold in remaining edges to completely enclose the apples, leaving space for steam to build up.
3. Grill for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve apples warm with ice cream. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

i don t have a barbecue right now but i do have a recipe which is easy to make .you take white potatoes and ground beef,and onions,put in a large skillet and cook till potatoes all soft and you add butter or cheese or both if you want have also added baked beans .

A) HOMEMADE ICED TEA
For a more nutritious and thirst quenching drink, better make this homemade Iced Tea........
2 bunches of yellow potato tops
1 gallon of water
1/2 c sugar
3 pcs. lemon
2 bags of Lipton tea
Wash the bunches of yellow potato tops and get the leaves. Put the leave in a pot then add water. Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Add Lipton tea. Cool the boiled solution for 4 hours or overnight. Add sugar and lemon juice. The drink with ice cubes.
B) TOMATO SOUP
The simplest way to prepare tomato soup is simply boil 6 cups of water in a cooking pan with cubed carrots and celery leaves. Then add half tea spoon butter. Pour tomato sauce and boil for 3 minutes. Try it, it's so delicious :)
C) TILAPIA RECIPES........so delicious........
1) Fried Tilapia....... Clean the fish. Mix 6 pcs. lime to make a lime juice with 1 table spoon salt. Rub the solution to the fish. After 20 minutes, deep fry.
2) Grilled Tilapia...... Use the same procedure as that of the Fried Tilapia except deep fry. Then wrap with banana leaves. Then grill for 20 minutes.
3) Tilapia with Coconut Milk..... Use the same procedure as that of the Fried Tilapia except deep fry. Wrap with gabe leaves then place in a pot. Pour the coconut milk and add strips of ginger. Bring to boil for 20 minutes. Serve.
4) Tilapia (Sarciado)....... Use the same procedure as that of the Fried Tilapia except deep fry. Fry 1 head crashed garlic, 1 medium sized onion and 8 pcs. tomatoes. Put 1/2 cup of water and add Tilapia and bring to boil for 10 minutes.
5) Tilapia (Caswela)...... Same procedure as Tilapia (Sarciado). The add 2 beaten eggs and mix. Serve.
6) Tilapia (Sinigang)....... Clean the fish. Set aside. Put string beans, tomatoes (cut into 4) , onion (cut into 4), eggplant ( cut into 6, crosswise), 1/8 tamarind pack, and a dash of salt. Bring to boil then add Tilapia and the yellow potato tops. Boil for 10 minutes. Serve.

now if i give u all my family recipes, my mother & grandmother would turn over in their graves. we're like bush beans, we can never tell our secrets! sorry..........but i will add my fruit dip to your book, only because someone outside of the family gave me that one..... 2 jars marshmellow creme, 1- 8oz creme cheese, dash of vanilla, splash of pineapple juice. blend til smooth. flavored yogurt can also be added for extra flavor. i use this for all fruit trays i make for all occassions (especially BBQ's since fruit is at it's best.)

take potatoes, cut into smaller thin pieces. now add refined oil and chilly in ur pan and put the potatoes pieces in it. now add salt and fry it till turns yellow-golden. now serve.
this is indian bhujiya. tasty very tasty

Billylee’s Green bean Casserole
Ingredients
4 – cans of French-cut green beans
1 – small package of pepperoni slices
2 – cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 – small jar / can of mushroom pieces
1 – can of French fried onions
4 – cups of assorted shredded cheese (real cheese)
½ - pound of thin cut bacon
3 – small slices of jalapeno peppers diced
Utensils
Frying pan
Sharpe knife
Glass casserole dish 3-quart size 8x12x2 size works best
1 – cup measuring (dry)
Small mixing bowl
Preparation and cooking instructions
Fry bacon on medium heat until bacon is crisp, place on paper towel to absorb excess grease. Allow to cool then crush the bacon into bits. (Do not use store bought bacon bits).
Dice up jalapeno peppers as small as possible
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix 2 cans of strained French cut green beans and half a jar of mushrooms. Spread contents evenly and lightly pack into casserole dish. Place pepperoni slices sporadically over green bean mix; do not allow pepperoni slices to touch. Using 2 cups of assorted cheeses spread evenly over surface. Sprinkle jalapeno pepper pieces evenly over the surface. Using half of the bacon bits sprinkle over surface. Mix 2 cans of strained French cut green beans with and half of jar of mushrooms. Spread contents evenly and lightly pack into casserole dish. Place pepperoni slices sporadically over green bean mix; again do not allow pepperoni slices to touch. Using 2 cups of assorted cheeses spread evenly over the surface. Sprinkle the rest of the bacon bits over the surface. Using 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup spread it evenly over entire surface. Place casserole on the middle rack in the oven. Allow to bake for 30 minutes, remove casserole and dust the top with French fried onions. Replace the casserole and bake 10 more minutes. Allow casserole to sit 10 – 15 minutes before serving.
