Generally people are more active during warmer weather, which changes your metabolism, making your hair grow faster. Sunlight alone does not do it, if anything, it weakens the hair, which is why your hair needs sunblock like the rest of you does. Wind, water, shampoo, AIR- all has an impact on the health of your hair! Your metabolism increases, your scalp releases more toxins through sweat, making the scalp a more healthy environment for hair. Sounds like b.s. but it's true!!!

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aOlIb While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.
