well if you have only hung out a few times then yep its ok,
i mean its better to forget then to say the wrong name

No I forget names all the time. Some people have a problem with names.

If by hung out you mean had sex, then YES it's a huge deal!! Otherwise, you just look a bit lame!

Not if you only "Hung Out". Names can escape you if you are not totally Wow'd with a person.

No, not really. She might think so, but some girls are self centered. Just try to remember a girl's name if you slept with her.

If you forgot her name after the second time you saw her than yes its a bad thing... i mean it really means you were just not interested.
