Has anyone ever heard of Qchex.com or used them personally? Is it safe or a scam? I usually use PayPal.?

Someone is wanting to purchase a puppy from me and whats to send payment via qchex.com instead of PayPal. I have never heard of it and need to know if its real and safe. I am just affaid of the scammers. Thanks.

I just did a quick check on my favorite search engine, Dogpile. It just fits me so!
The FDIC site says that it's a scam. They are sending checks out that are no good.
