The greatest officially recorded number of children born to one mother is an incrediable 69 born to the wife of Fedodor Vassilyev, an 18th century russian peasant.
In 27 confinements she gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, seven sets of triplets, and four sets of quadruplets. Her husband had 18 more children with a second wife.

I don't know but I found that the largest rabbit litter was in New Zeland - 24 kits!

theres a family in Cali with 18! but that's just the high for the US, I'm sure for the world it's probably higher.

that is a trick question because i have 16 brothers and sister most are twins but there is 16 of us

she had mostly sets of twins, and triplets, but i think it was over 60 kids, she should be listed in guinness, see for yourself
