Vacumn the fleas off, if the mama will let you.
You can drown the fleas in warm water with a little Dawn dishwashing liquid. Dip the kittens, rinse the kittens, then blow them dry immediatly, don't let them get chilled. Don't put them back on the flea infested bedding. You have to treat the mama cat too. Remember to Vacumn all around where the mama has them, fleas are spreading as we "speak"
Don't use anything the mama is going to lick off them and get sick on. You are very good to make sure it's safe.

There is no product on the market that newborn kittens can have to kill fleas. The soonest that you can use anything on them is when they are four weeks old.
At four weeks of age, your kittens can have a pill called Capstar. This is a very safe pill that will kill all the fleas on your kittens.
Right now, you can treat the mother, however. The best thing to do would be to give her a capstar, and also put some Frontline on her. Frontline is the only product on the market that is safely labled for use on pregnant and nursing cats. The Capstar will kill all the fleas, and the Frontline will prevent any more from coming back. Putting this on her will also help the area that she and the kittens are in.
Both of these products are available through your veterinarian. Never ever use flea control/prevention products from a pet store, feed store, grocery store, or online company. Even if they say that they have Capstars or Frontline. Only buy them from your vet, because the people who make them only sell them to vets. If you're buying it elsewhere, you are buy a counterfeit product that is potentially dangerous to your cats.
Talk to your vet, they can give you more information.

Get advantage and start the process on the mom. As she nurses the babies the fleas will be killed off. Other then that you will have to wait untill the kittens are old enough to be treated.

I was told when I got my kitten that I could use a mild Dawn to help with fleas. Most ppl say that this does not work but it does. My kitten was 3 days old and I had to bottle feed it.

if you have let the cats in your house you now need to bomb your house with pesticides to get rid of the flea's now currently in your home. also you will need to buy Dawn Dish soap and gently give the kittens a bath with it, as well as the mother. the chemicals in Dawn Dish soap flea's do not like and will then stay off the cats. because the mother will be grooming the kittens it is very important to get all the soap off the kittens because you do not want the soap getting ingested by the mother because it then will be ingested by the kittens threw her mammary glands. when you are finished washing the kittens it is very important that you dry them off completely.

you can bath them in warm water to kill the fleas, just be careful not to get the water in their mouths, and you'll have to kill the fleas on mom too so they won't become re infested.you can use a kitten shampoo really lather it up on them, leave on for at least 7 minutes and the fleas will suffocate then rinse, them off.And dry them really good.

I would bath them. And treat the whole area. I don't believe you can use any of that strong flea stuff on babies. They used it on my dog when he was 3 months old and he lost all his hair. He can use that same flea medicine now though.

Take it to the vet because they will have something safe for the babies. I have a 4 week old that needed some vet care because everything was for 6 weeks or older but the vet had stuff for her.

I've heard that fleas are not fond of eucalyptus plants. you can buy a few branches of this and set it under and/or around the cats' bed. my grandma used this for her Siberian husky and it seemed to work very well.
or you can try this link http://kittensafe.com/ the product is not expensive and supposed to work very well
best of luck with the babes!!!
