do your job, pack the best lunch you could make yourself and take a few minutes to relax while lunching out. keep a jot book with you at all times for your purposes and the best and most comfortable pen or pencil you can find. also, bring the book your reading so if you get a chance you can read a little. thats usually about it. oh and always catch up on your learning. make any errands an exercizing time for you. whatever else you can think of is good too...

Get busy,
Think different,
Do something you have never done before,
Make new friends,
Tell a joke,
Smile, make someone happy,
And people will like you more as a friend
Say something nice,
Stay alert to your surroundings.
