If you don't like this you're out of your mind. PLEASE give me a best answer after you try this, since it'll take me a bit to type, and I'm giving away a secret lol. Trust me...try this!!!
1 (10.75 oz.) can tomato puree
1 TBL hot sauce
1 Jalepeno, diced
1 TBL crushed red pepper flakes
1 TBL dried sage
1 TBL canola oil
1 yellow onion
1 green pepper
4 thick cut boneless pork choops
1. Mix the puree, hot sauce, jalepeno, flakes, and sage
2. Heat the oil over medium and brown the chops on both sides, then set aside. Saute the onion and green pepper for a couple minutes, then put the chops in the pan and pour the tomato mixture over them. Cover and forget about for about 1/2 hour.
Eat
AWESOME!

I like them grilled too! Marinate them in Italian salad dressing for 30 minutes or longer before putting them on the grill. Yum! You can also put your favorite BBQ sause on them. Actually, I think they taste best on grill as opposed to the usual breaded or pan fried.

I just had one for dinner tonight, my hubby cooked it on the stove. But I do prefer them on the grill!! Yum! He cooked the choppies for about 10 or so minutes, 5 on one side 5 on the other. Make sure you check the middle. Yummy!

I love grilling my chops and steaks.
I like to marinade them over night in Worcestershire and soy sauce. I put them into Ziploc baggies and suck out all the air so that the steaks or chops are completely surrounded me the marinade.

I just hope it's a charcoal grill...nothing but NOTHING beats the flavor! If you have to add wood chips to a gas grill, why not just skip a step & use charcoal????
Grilling is soooo yummy.....
