When I flip an egg in the frying pan ...the yolk breaks everytime. Two years ago...my yolks never broke. My grandmother says it is all the chemicals that have polluted the environment , they have made their way into the chicken and the eggs are weaker now. What do you think?

I doubt it, but thats a good saying, this is how i make sunny-side ups.
ingredients:
1 egg
1 tbs of oil (sesame, grapeseed, olive, NOT VEGETABLE OIL or CANOLA!)
1 tsp of salt

Steps:
1.Turn stove on HI.
2. Pour oil onto pan.
3. Crack egg and put onto oil. Let cook until completely white under and when you lift up the egg just barely it should be like brown.
4. CAREFULY pick the egg up and put as much as possible onto spatula and flip slowly and keep close to pan so that it doesn't hit hard and break to easily.
5. Let fry just a bit longer and then add salt.

***When flipping egg you could losen up first and flip with the pan, which is what i do. Also add the salt last so that it doesn't pop the eggs thin layer. And vegetable and canola oil is unhealthy oil, it is unhealthy, olive, sesame and grapeseed oil are good healthy oils.

Respect and listen to your grandma, but, she in my opinion is wrong. Where did you buy the eggs? It depends on various circumstances. The type of pan or skillet, procedure etc. The last time you flipped an egg was 2 years ago? Your egg yolk breaks, but be humble and never break the yoke between you and grandma.

it's either something you are doing different like the heat or the pan and spatula are different.

if you think your grandma is right, start buying brown eggs....preferrably off someone in your town who is selling them. they won't be feeding their chickens weird stuff and i personally think farm fresh eggs taste better.
