the bubble i'm talking about is sheet of fabric type stuff that they put over the pool at the local athletic club during the winter and it is supported by what i think are beams which give it a bubble shape

I would just go inside. With or without a bubble type thing.

Unless the bubble thing was filled with a non-conducting material (foam, plastic, rubber, etc.). But then again, how and why would you be in a bubble.

Lightning is attracted to water (has to do with ions/electrons). So, unless you are really protected, you run the risk of electrocution.

My advice: Get out of the pool during a storm
