Depending on how long the relationship has been going on; Clingy & Desperate sounds like it describes him the best. Unless, she has cheated on him in the past and hes insecure. Or he could be in love and not have a more constructive way of showing it. You see, couples need time apart to miss eachother, or you'll drive the other nuts with little things.

Pretty damn cool. My boyfriend doesn't give a damn what I do....and frankly a little jealousy on his part would be nice. It comes across like he just doesn't care about me. The type of guy you describe would actually be a nice change of pace.
