Sure. I quit recently. Here's the following. These apply to footlong sandwiches
BMT-6pepperoni, 6 salami, 2 ham
SPICY ITALIAN- 7pepperoni, 7 salami
Everything else is what it is called n you can ask the customer.This is only what you really need to know.

all you really have to do is remember how much of each meat goes on them, you ask the patron what else they want on it.
