The answer really depends on how serious you are. If it's really love, you will find a way to stay in touch, see each other, and eventually be together. I speak from experience when I tell you it isn't easy, but it's definitely worth the effort. I am a two year veteran of a trans-atlantic relationship that is still going strong. If you want it badly enough, you will think of a way to make it happen.

if its true love and she feels the same well my brother found true love she had to go back to the states, 3wks without her he decided to fly out to her,couldnt be without her and he has never been on a plane,he was shaking like a leaf but love was to strong and he is there now, and they got married,now that is love
