For the couple seconds more it takes to type something out on a keyboard, I say why not? It's grammatically correct, it makes you look smart, it's easier to read. I can understand abbreviating on a cell phone keypad, but when you have a real keyboard it's really not that big a deal to spell it out for us.

..unless you really don't have the high school education we expect from everyone....

Because some people are annoyed by improper use of spelling and grammar, some people don't like the way that so many others are butchering the English language.

i type like that too
i usually abbreviate everything
it makes it so much quicker to type
i dont see why people have a problem with it
if you can still understand what they r sayin it shudnt matter
