I dont understand some people, yesterday a guy in my class asked to borrow $1.50 for a bag of chips, I said ok you can pay me back, this was at lunch time and he said he would do it right after lunch. Lunch came and I had receved no money, Near the end of the class he said that he forgot to pay me the money and that he will do it, I said to him to pay me tommorow and tommorow is today, Today passed and he had plenty of opertunity to pay me and it seems as if it just slipped his mind, I have no respect for him anymore, the way I see it you pay your debts as soon as possible. The fact that he forgot or doesent have any money is no excuse, atleast tell me that you will pay me every day untill you do, to forget shows you as a loser.

Yea I hate that too. I try not to lend people money at all unless I really know them. Otherwise I just say I don't have any money, even if I do. And I really hate it when I go out to dinner with friends and I pay with my credit card and they don't give me enough money and then if I ask for it they act like I am being cheep!

Welcome to the Real World.
And thats why half the world still revolts at every World Bank Summits.
People love taking money, and they excel not giving it back.
I would suggest you give him a subtle hint of the money he owes you, just in case that 'has slipped his memory'.
What you do is go up to him and say, "Im sorry, but it looks like someone loves to be poor"
I can see what you say, and I think exactly the same. I have lost a lot of money this way.
Now, if I give money, I either give it to only my bestest friend. Or when I give it, I presume that I gave it to Charity and will not expect it back. That way, I would not get hurt and would in fact feel good if and when I get the money back.
I dont think a Dollar and a half is really treasure lost, and I can bet you will over your life time, loose things that are a lot more invaluable. So I would also suggest that you move on, yet learn from this. Because the sooner that you learn that this world has greedy misers, the better you will become in managing your happiness.
Cheers!!

Why are you keeping up for it then? Break it off and tell them they can't have anymore money from you because of your bills being stacked up and the interest with it. :/ You need to cut down on things like entertainment that would cost you 300 bucks a month. In a year you profit 3,600 bucks for staying back. Focus on your bills and your problems first.

i forget, and i am not a loser... it happens sometimes, with sooo many things on my mind. plus, as soon as i do remember, i pay them back... or call them and tell them when i will. its not on purpose. if you are someone that is always letting people borrow money, then maybe you're the idiot. not to be mean or anything...
