If I invited you for dinner, which desert would you be more inclined to choose.
tiramisu

baklava
or creme brule'

I want to make something nice for some nice people. Help me decide, please.

Personally, I prefer dessert (I find deserts to be very dry)...this is a tough choice. Man, I can't decide. None of them have chocolate.
Go with the tiramisu.

Creme Brulee is pretty easy to make, rather faster than the other desserts, and makes a great presentation. It's also my fave dessert :)

Most definitely baklava. I am Greek and I have made Baklava and I love it. But on thing you have to remember about Baklava is if you bite into a piece it the syrup (honey) should run down your chin, if it doesn't, you don't have enough.

keep in mind food allergies. being allergic to nuts, i must turn down a lot of deserts when a guest at parties. some people get offended.

tiramisu! but um, I was told baklava was a Greek dessert!!! I asked the owner of a Greek restaurant and he said it was Greek! It's so delicious though!
