my throat has been bleeding for a while now and its not just little drops its like onces at a time and then i cough and something like a blood clot flys out and my head feels like its gonna pop i know its ot strep throat cause i have had that many times before its just sore and my head feels like its gonna pop and my nose is stuffed up but runny so i cant sniff but it leaks

It sounds typical of cocaine or crack abuse. Alcohol too.
It might be another cause but whatever the cause, you need to see your doctor immediately.
This is serious. It sounds like you are bleeding from your esophogus. If it's from your lungs, it could be tuberculosis. You can slowly bleed to death.
If you wait, you will be too weak to pick up a cell phone and dial 911.
Even if you could, your brain would be so deprived of oxygen, by then, that you would be incoherent.
I am an RN. This is a serious matter.
Actually, the doctor might tell you to go to the emergency room now.
NO JOKE.

Go to the doctor! If you have to travel to get to a state clinic, get going!! If you have the money but are still not going, what the hell is wrong with you? It sounds serious to me.

your glands .they need to be check out by a doctor
